These muffins are packed full of apples. They might even be my favorite muffins ever…or at least for now. Not only do these muffins taste amazing, they will make you house smell like heaven.

Apple Crumb Muffins

Makes 10 Jumbo Muffins

2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups chopped apples

Topping

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon all-purpose flur

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon butter

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease or line muffin cups with liners.

In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar and eggs until smooth. Mix in vanilla. Sir in apples and gradually blend in the flour mixture. Spoon the mixture into theprepared muffin pan.

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is like coarse crumbs. Sprinkile over the tops of muffins.

Bake 25 minutes in preheated oven or until center is set. Cool on wire wrack.
