As a kid I remember making snow ice cream with my mom and brother. As soon as it would start to snow, we would set a bowl out on our back deck and wait for it to fill up. I probably haven’t had it in 15 years (yea I am getting old). So with this much snow why not…you could make gallons of the stuff. My mom used to use regular milk and sugar, this recipe calls for sweetened condensed milk.
Snow Ice Cream
8 cups snow
1 can sweetened condensed milk, chilled – I used fat free and it was still amazing.
2 teaspoons vanilla – I like even more.
Mix ingredients in a large bowl until creamy. Top with favorite toppings or eat as is. Enjoy.
